Q. Do I have to know how to dance?

A. Nope! No prior experience necessary.

Q. How much do sessions cost?

A. Fees below are private pay, we do not take insurance.

50-minute virtual embodiment session $185 (in-person $225)

75-minute virtual embodiment session $225 (in-person $275)

45-minute virtual reiki session $125

Q. What type of degree & certifications do you have?

A. Erin holds a Master’s degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and Counseling. She is Board-Certified by the American Dance/Movement Therapy Association (ADTA) and currently serves on the national and California chapter’s of the ADTA. Erin continues to study the most recent work in the mental health field, is trained Reiki Master under the Usui lineage and uses her training as a Healing Touch Practitioner Apprentice and somatic practitioner.

Q. How long have you been practicing?

A. I have worked as a Dance/Movement Therapist for around 10 years and have been practicing Reiki and Healing Touch with clients for around 5 years.

Q. How can you empathize so deeply with your clients?

A. There is power in being a wounded healer. My story runs deep and has helped me become a more empathic and spacious therapist. In my work, I alchemize my experience and value ethical, therapist transparency in support of my clients. I am an open book, so feel free to ask me more during our consultation! :)
